"We liked our stay."

"When we checked in to our original room, the A/C was not working. The lady at the front desk (didn’t catch her name but she was dressed as a green M&M) was soooo helpful and sweet. She switched us to another room immediately while also helping another guest on the phone and 2 more at the desk! - Talk about multitasking! The breakfast was delicious and my son loved the bacon!"

"The hotel was fairly clean, and the facilities were quite good. However, there was no microwave in the room"

"We booked this as a last minute hotel and it ended up being the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. It smelled horrendous and was just dingy. The property was not maintained and the lobby smelled like BO. The only plus side was when I asked for a refund because the conditions were horrid. We got a full refund."
