"My friend and I stayed at The Steamer Inn, Shanklin for 3 nights earlier this week. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. The service was excellent as was the food; the "included" english breakfast was great, served freshly cooked and well-presented. The Steamer Inn was well located for the buses (50 yards across the road) which we made good use of throughout our stay. It was a shame the lift from the esplanade to the top of the cliff was out of action but instead we made...

"All was cleaned and tide the only thing was someone dirt pots and pans in the sink need to be washed up and a pans on the cooker with food still stans in it been though onto the cooker The rest wash fantastic and clean Mr ks Allcorn Room 13 Thank you "
