"The location on the river was beautiful. The rooms are huge and well appointed. Parking is an issue. The building is very large and there are other hotels/residences in the building. It’s difficult to know where the entrance is and where to park. However, the staff from the other businesses are very helpful."

"I’ve stayed at the hotel the last three years. It is definitely going downhill. It could use a makeover. One elevator was broke. The ice machine on second floor was broke . The rooms were clean, but old looking."

"No staff available, you just have a code to get in. No floor numbers, and when you open the door you thought it was a maintenance closet so just keep going around the bend! Room was nice but some outlets were coming out of the wall and not working. The mini fridge was in a cabinet and making it super hot, so that made us a little nervous lol Nice location though! Very walkable and a restaurant attached. Parking garages nearby."

"Excellent location and value for sure"
