"Great location. If you have issues with stairs, this is not the hotel for you. Staff very helpful. Fabulous breakfast at the restaurant next door included. The hotel itself needs some tlc. Old, worn furniture, not well fitted carpet that could potentially be a trip hazard. Room was not dusted properly. Bathroom could be better cleaned. Water pressure great in the shower and plenty of hot water. Glad I took my own pillow as the hotel pillows were stained and didn't have a proper pillow protector...

"It’s my third time staying at this hotel and everything is always perfect. The room is always clean and the staff are always polite. The view from the bedroom is amazing! My go-to place to stay when I’m visiting Quebec!"

"Lovely hotel! Neighborhood is a bit shady in the evening but other than that it's a fantastic hotel. I would stay again."

"Great location and facilities."

"Overall good experience"

"Great breakfast options and free parking. EV charging was also available."

"Lovely room & good shower. Great view"

"Room was nice but a bit warm for sleeping. There was mould in the top corners of bathroom. Shops and restaurants nearby were very good."
