"The hotel was everything that you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express and more. Great size rooms, comfy beds and excellent service from all staff at the reception desk, as well as at breakfast the next morning. The choices at breakfast were more than sufficient with a great variety of options and they even made vegetarian sausages especially for us. Would definitely come back and stay again."

"A weird mix, to start, it is a beautiful spot with lovely views next door to an old church. Nice warm welcome, lovely clean, comfortable room. The bed was comfortable, the area very quiet so expect a good sleep! There is a nice note about the new staff working so please be patient, but some basics were just missed. "Second visit here, lovely welcoming hotel with a super breakfast and parking right outside which is great for Polperro. Hotel right in the heart of the village , great for the harbour , pubs and eateries . Only downside for us was the room in the attic number 12 , not for us the staff called it the marmite room you either love it or hate it and we were the latter , to much pine a very small toilet next to the bed and dated ."

"Agnes is so welcoming and a ray of sunshine! The breakfast is a very high standard, your bedroom will be furnished beautifully and the beds are comfy. Located close to the center and free parking. The hosts will go out of there way to explain the attractions near by. Highly recommended and will be back, has made our visit to cornwall very enjoyable. "

"The service was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean though the power (Room 6 bed 4) did not work. The comfort could have been improved by adding privacy curtains or similar. However, it was comfortable and reasonable value overall, and I would stay again "
