"Disappointed with graduation weekend and huge increase in cost of room that there wasn’t any flexibility with check out time. Just asked for less than a half hour, in case it was needed. The flat no was disappointing and unfortunate since I paid 3x the normal room rate. Will stay elsewhere next trip to slo"

"It was absolutely beautiful. The view from our room was perfect. Parking was perfect. Food was perfect. The manager that signed us in, was the sweetest guy. The lobby is so zen. I can go on and on about this place and the location of it. It was the most peacful get away ever. I have reccomended it to everyone who asked about our trip. I will be coming back everytime I visit San Simeon."

"The room was clean, somewhat old hotel. The only com-lain we have it the bed is too high, my husband hit his hip on one of the nightstand and created a bruised hip. The staff were friendly. "

"Our stay started out with my leaving a wallet at the front desk and then missing $150 out of it, (my fault). Closed the curtain at window and clips fell off, had to get maint. Next morning no hot water for showers, said they had someone coming at 10am, coffee not ready. 2nd night had warm water, figured hot water fixed. Next morning no hot water. Checked out no one at counter. Will not stay here again."
