Marks property was top notch and what was even better was the service levels from Fernando / Richard and the amazing cleaning lady. Me sentí estafada Piden entrar a otra aplicación, poner todos los datos personales, incluso foto de mi ID Y reconocimiento facial , datos de mi tarjeta y pagar $50 adicionales, esto no lo mencionan en las condiciones. El check in fue un desastre, nadie nos recibió y olvidaron poner en las instrucciones las fotos de como llegar. Aunque la propiedad es Hermosa la experiencia fue pésima, no lo recomiendo."

They were quite rude., and it turned out to be a fiasco I did get insurance, but ended up paying for the damage insurance when we were there for less than two hours.
