"Pros: About 10 min walk from Mita station, super clean, wide and comfy 1 person bed, easy self check-in. Cons: There is no lockers! You will have to constantly bring your valuables with you. The shared area is noisy (fan noise?) and has a sterile atmosphere. Not the place to meet other travelers. "

"It was a good stay. The room was big enough for a family of three. The toilet was spacious enough for a good shower or soaking yourself in the bathtub. The room was clean and made up everyday and there was enough toiletries and towels for everyone. "

"We enjoyed our stay. The room has everything that we needed. Location was walking distance to Kanda Station on JR line which we liked because we have a JR pass. Room was a bit too small but had everything that we needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. We borrowed an adapter for free from hotel. Thank you so much."

"This place is SO convenient and cheap. It's well maintained and comfortable. Sakuragaokacho is a pretty neighbourhood: there's a street near this hotel that's maybe my favourite in Tokyo so far. My first and only capsule experience - it's just not for me, but I can't fault commun SHIBUYA."

"You need to understand what is a capsule hotel. Even though it looks a bit weird, it does exactly what it is made for. Giving you a place to sleep, dry and clean. The commodities are shared by all the customers, so you have to expect some flaws. Not because of the staff… they were always vacuuming the carpet and answering all the customers but this place bring a lot of weird persons and some don’t clean after them. I really enjoyed that place."
