"Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, vor allem mit meinem Gepäck hochbringen ins Zimmer.
Die Lage war sehr gut und der kurze Fußweg zum Bahnhof mega."
"Costa was very welcoming with information before arrival then when arriving early with check in and letting us drop our bags in our rooms when we arrived early and more than helpful with our parking. Rooms were lovely, big and modern with all amenities, would definately return if visiting Oxford again. Thank you Costa"
"Just got back from a 2 night stay. Absolutely charming place to stay staff were so friendly and helpful. So close to the Center just a brief stroll down the lane would definitely come back to stay again. The dog loved it too"
"A great option for a quick 1-night stay in central Oxford. My top floor room was clean and comfortable, with a new TV, fan, kettle, water and biscuits. The bathroom was perfectly adequate, with a warm shower and towels/toiletries provided. No complaints at all - some of the reviews seem a little unfair.
I appreciate it probably gets quite hot in summer, and there was a minor smell in the ground floor entrance hall, but otherwise all was OK. Very fast check-in which was appreciated given I was...
"A clean compact room, a bit chilly the night we stayed and no heat from the radiator which wasn’t great.
The bathroom is more of a wet room - the shower doesn’t have a tray so the water goes pretty much over everything, a real detractor for me.
Bed was comfy and there was kettle and small cups to make a hot drink.
Good location, just off the Main Street."
"Hatte alles was man braucht. Gutes Preis-Leistung. Mit Parkplatz super! Etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums, aber nicht weit.
Kein Personal ersichtlich. Eintritt nur mit Code möglich."
"I liked the quirky design and the good location
But as a solo woman traveller I did not like that there was no staff on site .
It seems they are only there when the bar is open Wednesday to Saturday night
Also the WiFi was terrible
Even the TV did not work, just kept buffering"
