Everything is done via text messages and code locks. The first room we were given hadn’t been cleaned at all after the previous guests had left. "We didn’t stay! As the hotel decided to cancel the evening before the Coldplay concert due to weather! What absolute rubbish. So disappointed and would never consider staying there again. Even paid upfront and booked months in advance. If I had have cancelled within 24 hours I would have been charged! We had to book another hotel which cost us above the odds just so we could attend the concert. A very upsetting and stressful experience. "

"Amazing hostel. I really enjoy my stay here. Owner Glenn is so helpful, resourceful and kind to have a chat. The volunteers Kasia and Dan are lovely to talk with. It feels a very cosy hostel, not too crowded, noisy and neither a party hostel. I was visiting for tourism and leisure and while many of the guests staying here for work or business, there were no issues. And Glenn kindly helped to sorted out a minor issue in the room very effectively. Just a note there is no stove but a microwave...

"Everything was perfect,except for the fact Hotels.com didn’t provide me neither with a gate code nor with key box code,I had to ask another person staying in a lodge there to give me a number where I can call to find out all this info. Other than that it was a nice stay,Lodge 14 is very big and clean,hot tub was nice and warm,everything clean inside. Lodge has everything you need for a nice stay. We will definetly come again."
