"Liked: fresh coffee available or upon request all day and night. Disliked: Room 216 located over the main lobby entrance and TV couldn’t be turned on or off with the remote control. When asked about room preference location, I indicated that I would prefer a room that was not too close, near the elevator. The assigned room 216 was near the elevator. "

"We did not have a room key for out entire stay. The key card maker was broken and we had to be let into our room by an employee each time we returned."

"I booked this room because the price was reasonable. The room was clean, the floor seemed to be a bit damp,,maybe because the air conditioner was left on. People who stay here do sometimes stay on the balcony and can be in groups which can intimidate some people,,but if you are ok with that you will have a decent stay."

"I enjoyed the closeness to the venue that we were visiting while in town. We were in town for a graduation. I felt like the pictures were misleading because I only booked this hotel thinking there were glass doors for the shower. Upon arrival we found out that only the king rooms have glass door showers. I was very disappointed when I found out there was a shower curtain in our bathroom. It wasn’t a complete deal breaker but it was the main reason for booking at this particular location. If I...
