Unfortunately I got booked here and never got to stay because they was fully booked but still taking bookings I ended up having to rent multiple hotel rooms before finally finding a suitable one

Person staying in room had a serious mental health issue and the security and staff failed to get him the help instead they let him cause chaos and and not have him picked up and taking to a hospital but they let him cause all this issues and tell me once i return from washing laundry hours later that i had to leave and could never be allowed back... then they have alot of room availa le but state sold out as well as they charged me $80 dollars and kept putting me back in the same uncleaned room i stay in the day previously without clean sheets towels and said they was alot of dog hair well it wouldnt be as much hair if you cleaned the room everyday and thats unsanitary and nasty. You dont rent a room out to people who checked out that previous morning im paying for a clean room with clean sheets towels rooms.

Roaches crawing everywhere like they are paying the hotel rates. The place is unkept from floor to floor. The entrance are smells of urine with steps cover with dirt and urine from dogs and people

My first unit had no hot water and several cockroaches wondering through. The second unit I was given had no a/c, no television remote, and the hot water lever was put on backwards providing only all hot or all cold water with no ability to adjust.

Nightmare motel in Chamblee

Absolutely disgusting...rats, trash, roaches, dripping plumbing, clogged sink, cold water. Sleep in your car and save your money.

The front staff Quo and Amber are great. The respond immediately to any requests. A little noisy with all the kids. They are very good about keeping grounds clean and free of debris Rooms must be in process of updates but better than others I have seen Thank you Amber and Quo
