"Great value hotel and location in Hope. It is certainly not a luxury property but as good as you are going to find in the downtown area across from the park and walking distance to CBD. Room does not have a hair dryer or an elevator but we managed. Request a send floor room facing the park."

"We stayed in the new building. Very clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable, bathroom has a very deep tub. AC works very well. Coffee included in the room. A very pleasant stay!"

"For the price we expected more. The air conditioner filter was dirty and dusty, so we didn't use it. Shower curtain was yellowed. Toilet backed up in one room. One room the fridge and tv weren't plugged in. Coffee maker didn't looked like it was cleaned and the cups were not wrapped in plastic. The outside had chairs that need paint badly."

"This property is dated but is in the renovation process. Check-in was fast; staff extremely helpful to the point of offering to help unload my car. As a solo senior traveler, I would stay here again."
