"The front desk clerk was extremely helpful and friendly, but the room was not great. It had a very musty smell, stains on the carpet, dusty lamps and clock and there was quite a bit of dust and debris behind the night stand. The smoke detector was also missing and the wires were hanging out. Breakfast was very average and I had to find napkins for us."

"I asked for a room and they gave me whatever they wanted and no option of refund. It’s like they are poor and they really need the money. "

We had to purchase another hotel room on a weekend that all rooms were almost sold out in town and had to spend more than planned. We still haven’t received the refund for a room we never got to stay in."
