"Great location to the beach. Nice pool, nice bar. Do not get a room near the tiki bar. You're woken up early in the morning by staff power washing the floors right outside the rooms."

"Property had a grateful kitchen with just enough utensils, frying pans things that you would need if you prepare your own food during your stay. The property does not have a lot of amenities, but if you’re not into amenities, it doesn’t matter. It’s in a great location central to all things Sarasota and Siesta key."

"$25 charge for parking that was NOT mentioned when reserved.Room was way smaller than pictures indicated. no place to sit down in room at all"

"Housekeeping ladies were wonderful! Kristin at the front desk was very nice and accommodating! We were very impressed!"

"We chose the cottage specifically because it had a pool and hot tub. Neither worked for our entire stay. We brought it to their attention and a guy came out one day when we weren’t home, per our neighbor, but it was never fixed. It was filthy and a health concern. There was never anyone at the club house to ask questions or get our parking pass and the first sight of anyone was 2 days before we left and we stayed for 7 days we also were there over a holiday (fourth of July) so we understand it was a busy time. Propane tank for the closest...

"Great location, clean unit. Nice view. Would return here"

"Great !"

"Loved to property! Clean and accommodating. Had a beautiful ocean view and could walk right out to the beach. Pool area was clean."

"Pool was nice. Went to the drum circle on Sunday night, it was walking distance from the condo."

"Tranquil!"

"Location was great, property layout was good, but there is no bathroom on the main floor, which is a bit frustrating when you are in the pool and need the facilities. Kitchen was well equipped, there were plenty of towels in the linen closet and they had a ton of beach toys, chairs, wagons in the garage which is nice. The beach is close, but its a long hike in the sand if you're carrying stuff, so use those carts. Sliders in the main living area need some blinds because that afternoon sun is HOT...
