"The listing says it’s a “boutique hotel.” It is nothing of the sort. It’s a ordinary motel. It’s next door to a “Super 8” motel, formerly Motel 6. Redwood Riverwalk is a mostly clean and perfectly adequate motel. The coffee was surprisingly good and the pool is nice. "

"I was surprised, after inquiring with the front desk, that housekeeping does not automatically change bed linens or make up the room unless asked except on checkout. This is definitely a change since pre-COVID. Other than that, fair price for a large room."

"We are on a bicycling down the coast. Britnie checked us in who initially assigned us a room on the second floor. I happen to mention that we do not mind lugging the bikes and gear up the second floor. She then insisted she did not mind changing rooms to the first floor. We appreciated her making it easier for us. She provided exceptional customer service; friendly and very accommodating. Thank you, Britnie!"

"Beautiful furniture, lovely big rooms. However, dining options are almost non existent (two restaurants in site but one menu with pre made frozen pizza and pre made sandwiches) that’s for dinner btw. Spa seemed closed. No hairdryer. Odd. And it’s very off the beaten path, the closest town looks a bit unsafe. It’s overall a good choice, a bit overpriced and oh the bed! Dips in the middle :( "

In the Morning, I want to go in the shower, I can’t use it, because there was not a button to change it from the crane to the shower head. At next, I call the front desk. There was only the mother from the owner at the phone. She told, she don’t know, how she can help me, she don’t know, when he come and I should call again in a few hours. After 2 hours, i leaved the Hostel and Nobody was at the front desk...
