"The condo was in a great location in Playa Hermosa, quick walk to the beach, safe and great staff on site. The condo had everything we needed for meal prep and the pool was fantastic for our kids. Great for families or 2 couples."

"Showed up & the head lady kept saying we only paid for 1 person when we had confirmation for 2. Tried to more money out of us when we already paid for the room. The pictures online was why we got the place. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! They had 2 queen bed pushed together with sheets that had stains all on them. No blankets, no AC. We had to ask to have the AC unit to be turned on & they said we had to pay more if we wanted AC!!!! Knowing it’s beyond hot at 8 pm. Room didn’t look like it had been used...

The kids had so much fun playing at the pool, and we enjoyed walking down to the beach. We also worked with the home manager to arrange for poolside massages for the adults, which were amazing! Would highly recommend this home to any groups looking for a slice of paradise near the ocean! "

"The condo is in a great location with beautiful pools, close to beaches and a safe gated facility. We did have some problems with the air conditioning and hot water, but the management team was always quick to respond and fix the problems. However we never had hot water in 1 of the bathrooms. "
