No information about the hotel, how to navigate the tv, nearby restaurants, etc., or how to operate the a/c was available in the room. Shower seemed hazardous, lacking sufficient grab bars and very slippery floor surface."

"The biggest issue was booking a smoking room on Expedia only to be told upon arrival that the smoking rooms had been filled for weeks. There were no smoking rooms and to some, that may not seem like an issue How would you feel to want non-smoking and be told upon arrival that what you searched and paid for does not exist and you have no choice because of cost but to stay in that room? The attendee was marvelous with customer service and the explanation that the rooms had filled over weeks...

"RRI is becoming a favorite of ours for 1nt stays while traveling. This one was clean, with updated rooms and comfy beds. Nice bathroom. Fridge actually kept things cold & there was a single counter cooktop. Nice TV with plenty of channels to choose from. Only downside was there was no working ice or vending on our floor. Also, the toilet needed repair, which we reported before we left in the am."

"Check in was easy and staff was super friendly and gave us a list of all shopping and dining in the area. Property is very well maintained, clean and comfortable. The only upgrade I would consider is the pool bottom could use painting but it was clean and towels available as well as nice tables and chairs. "
