"The staff at Pensión Kursaal were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. Although this isn’t a traditional hotel, it offers everything you need for a comfortable and memorable visit. Its charm, hospitality, and location made it the perfect home base for our trip to San Sebastián. We would happily stay here again!"

"We really like the location, but the noise on the weekend was quite loud. The plaza is a bit sketchy. Would’ve been good if there was water provided. The bed was really bad. It was really hard. The staff was nice, but they weren’t always around. Very safe and good location though."

"I was very disappointed with my whole experience. I didn’t expect to share bathroom facilities. The un-personed reception was a phone disaster. Necessary access details took three phone calls. The company managing the accommodation needs to provide a script that their personal need to follow in all languages to help arrivers get into the building, the accommodation, the room and access WiFi without any difficulty. An easy solution to help the travellers!"
