"It’s okay the"

"Rooms clean, but basic. Staff were lovely"

"The room was very dirty. The building itself was not clean, and it looks abandoned. The place really had a bad smell. The bathroom was so dirty, the toilet wasn’t flushing, the bathroom was horrible, the place is absolutely shunk. I wouldn’t recommend to anybody also, they’ll make you check in at 2 PM and check out at 10 in the morning. Can you imagine like it’s it’s not something I would, or place I will go again?"

"Decent standard and convenient"

"Location and apartment are good, If the property can provide the parking space will be perfect."

"Booked a quadruple room but they down graded the room. If they want that flexibility they should by let you book it! Internet was a trip down memory lane - couldn’t even read the bbc website. Second Lift broken and first one was already broken do your walking 9 flights to reception and then the Reims go upwards from there. Car park £20. All in well below expectation for what is normally a good chain. If you book a type of room you get it end of."

"Fine for a 1 night Check in and out in the morning fine as long as don’t think in a premier inn after that or want something a bit more stylish then not for you"

"I enjoyed my stay"

"Great location, nice apartment but was full of little flies all over celing"

"Do not use this place it is a scam , hotels.com will take the payment from you and when its time to check you will receive no information and hotels .com will not assist they will keep telling you they are looking in to it but will leave you looking for a place to stay and just tell you they are trying to contact the hotel completely useless"

"I had a very pleasant stay at Canvas. The suite was clean, cosy and comfortable, and the team was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I really appreciated their support and responsiveness whenever I needed assistance. One small area for improvement would be providing a little more guidance on the facilities and how to use everything in the bedroom, especially for new arrivals. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would be happy to recommend Canvas."

"Cuisine équipée pour deux personnes. Paquet d'accueil avec du chocolat, café soluble, thé, éponge et un peu de liquide vaisselle. Très propre, sécurisé. On peut également enter par le Swan hotel. Deux petits magasins d'alimentation dans les 5 minutes de marche, et le grand Aldi à 10-15 minutes. "
