"The rooms were infested with roaches and the property was filthy."

"I was surprised at first. Everything was nice and clean and the decorations were so beautiful. I adored the lobby. A 10 out of 10."

"Clean Convenient to Liberty University Bathroom was very small"

"Good stay"

"tried this hotel because of the good ratings. If it was just me I would have been fine but with a very picky wife it did not go so well. our room was very clean but everything was very dated, trim needed painting, furniture either needed a new coat of paint or replacement. It is just an old hotel that really needs a going over completely. But, like I said, I would have been fine staying there but..... WAY less expensive than any of the other hotels for the week end was a definite plus"

"Great stay! Food was good. Very clean! Staff was friendly and helpful!"

"It’s hard to believe I have no complaints. The staff were very helpful and kind. The room was spacious clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. You park right in front of the building and no parking fee. The grounds were beautiful. Would definitely recommend."

"Ok"

"This place apparently is now housing folks as a halfway home? We were awoken by police knocking on door of neighbor. There was only two tiny muffins, halo of milk at bottom of carafe and a well used plastic measuring cup for the waffle maker for their Breakfast at 7:10am. Check-in was friendly but all our furniture was missing pieces and items ripped from wall."
