"Thanks"

"The staff were very helpful. The manager let me use her personal phone charger."

"The bedding was stained, floors were dirty. We had to wear our shoes all the time. The microwave was dirty, and the fridge barely kept things cool. Beds were ok for comfort but there was only 5 pillows for a king size bed with two people and they were either lumpy or super soft."

"The carpet needs replacing.the hotel rooms were very clean. Would stay there again."

"I could not obtain a receipt for my stay and I am spending hours trying to track it down. Your front desk could only provide receipt for incidentals. Very dissatisfied!"

"Very clean and very nice amenities"

"Staff was great"

"Side lake view, clean room"

"With very easy access off of the interstate and highway. The staff was excellent very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was a good breakfast, especially the waffles. The fruit and the juices were very good as well. I would definitely stay here again."

"The room was clean and nice. The bathroom was very small, reminded me of the small bathrooms on a cruise ship. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was ok. They set out frozen eggs and sandwiches, they don’t cook them. There is one microwave for everyone to use. So when everyone is trying to cook their food because it is frozen, you are waiting in line for quite awhile. The waffle makers were standard for what other hotels have and it made big fluffy waffles. Over all it was a good hotel for...

"Dirty! Dirty! Paying 200 a night was enough, but this place is filthy. They could've at least wiped surfaces. Pretty sure we were the only ppl there.Door didn't close all the way, flys came in I guess through the crack. It takes very little to give ppl what they pay for. A room without webs, dirty floors dirty sink.Decent property. Just zero effort for guests. These places in Geneva could and should do better"

"The motel was well-kept and clean. Beds were very comfortable. We would have enjoyed more and bigger towels, and coffee in the room."

"Renovated and kept nicely."

"Very clean and comfortable. Rooms and beds view of the lake was exquisite grounds well maintained well kept could have provided more than just two packets of coffee per room and if you're looking for a continental free breakfast, we did not find that. Everything else was awesome"
