"My first impression was horrible. The first reception front desk person was not understanding and kind of rude and the second person that came in was the best person that I’ve ever seen work front desk and I was able to stay and enjoy my hotel because she made it possible. "

"There was a nice big area that used to have a restaurant. Totally not used. The breakfast was a pre-bagged with a muffin, boxed juice and a granola bar. This hotel has a full kitchen and dining room that is not used at all. "
