"This was a perfect spot for my first solo trip to Puerto Rico. It’s a very short walk to seven seas beach. Plenty of people watching and food. If you want to escape the crowd, just keep walking down the beach maybe 5-10min walk along the shore. The condo is clean and the host responded right away when I had questions. I had an amazing visit and cannot wait to come back. "

"Customer service has been phenomenal. I have been working remote for 5 years and visiting different places and this is my favorite by far. The staff helped me find the place since I traveled an hour from San Juan, PR. When I come back to this area, I’ll definitely be back here!"

"Check in and check out were easy. The condo was in a good location, within a few minutes of the marina and 30 minutes of the rainforest, and 20-25 minutes of Luquillo and Seven Seas Beach, which were beautiful beaches to see. The cleanliness of the condo itself was lacking. There was still trash from the previous renter and we had to purchase laundry detergent and dish sponges ourselves. The AC was also very loud in the living room, which prevented us from using it most of the time we were in...

"Received an email a few hours before check in that this was not actually available due to some kind of technical difficulty with the booking process. Did not receive a response about a refund for days. Spent over an hour on the phone with Expedia in between. "

"The team from Expedia should really go see this place before offering it to the Expedia customers. We depend on you and trust that you have done your part before booking your clients. The place is semi abandoned with two out of the four buildings boarded up and broken windows and the place really needs a good cleaning and painting,new roof, power washing exterior and so on. Shame on you Expedia for having this property on your listing 😞😡"
