"My family and I went to stay here at this hotel and overall would not recommend at all. The carpet smells horrible, absolutely NO toilet inside your hotel room. You have to uncomfortably walk out the hall and walk out down the stairs just to access it. There is also no ac, it’s very loud and busy street right next to it. "Upon Arrival the Room I was Staying in had Not been Cleaned or Prepared. I reported this in Person to Reception. They got the Cleaner onto the situation. Credit due it was Cleaned out and Prepared satisfactory but this should have been all done before I arrived. Later in the Evening I find out that the Kettle in room wasn't working either. "Very run down and poorly managed hotel. Tv didn’t work, shower curtain was covered in mold, No clean towels as the took ours and couldn’t replace them for two days. People coming and going all night making a lot of noise talking in reception area that is right next to the rooms. Staff didn’t seem to care we didn’t have any towels for to days and hardly any sleep due to them talking loudly all night and playing music "
