"Check in was weird. I booked 2 rooms for our family of 6. I was asked for my ID, a credit card and told my room number. Only one room. When I said we had 2 rooms, I was told that they needed the ID of the other room adult, then the card again. Why? When you know that I reserved and prepaid for both rooms, in my name, with my credit card, did you not mention the other room? Just tried sending us on our way. It was just weird. "Great hotel at a great price. Very clean room and comfy. Unexpectedly upgraded from a queen to a king. Very nice spread for breakfast. Pool & arcade area currently down which was a bummer but they say it will be fixed soon. We would have loved to experience it. Pet friendly at a low rate which is appreciated for someone who travels with their pup a lot. We will be back."
