"The staff are amazing! I had called to let them know that we’d have a late check-in and had to call back twice since we kept being delayed. The staff were very kind and accommodating. Checking in after 1:00 am and finding spotless rooms, comfortable beds and updated bathrooms was so nice. Breakfast was good—loved making the mini waffles!"

There was not a manager on duty so I didn't know if they were going to be kind and dismiss the misbooked room charge. Found out today, they are not. So I was charged for two separate one night stays and the hotel was not worth that much, which brings down my ratings across the board. I understand being a business, I do not...

"Ac did not work. Tye previous client left star pimple patches on the wall and the bathroom floor was caving in to the end that i though my sugar dropped enough to make me unsteady. Nope it was the 2 inch gap between the wall and toilet where it caved. No one cleaned or offered to the entire stay. We had 2 towels and 1 washcloth for 3 adults. When i checked out, no one asked how the stay was. He just took the key and said good bye. Pick somewhere else!"

"Light and outlet over the sink was not working. Room hall light did not work. Door from parking lot to hotel was inoperable. Floors in bathroom were not clean. The fire alarm sounded in the middle of the night for about 30 seconds. The breakfast was good."
