Room and facilities were all well maintained. Especially liked it's proximity to route 71 and a Tesla Supercharger. Breakfast was freshly cooked and a bit above your standard free breakfast. Staff was friendly and very attentive to keeping breakfast fresh and fully stocked.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very quiet, clean and felt very safe. Beds were excellent and linens were clean and crisp. A full breakfast with a lot of choices. Great food. Coming again next year and will stay here again if available.

This Best Western was everything we needed it to be - super clean, provided coffee in the morning and was very easy to get to. All the staff we met were very nice and helpful. I would absolutely recommend!

The room and the bed was good, and so was the breakfast. We couldn’t use the direct TV remote, but ended up not needing it because we had a long driving day and went to sleep early.

Receptionist was very nice and accommodating. Went out of her way to see to our safety and comfort going so far as to go out and spread salt around our vehicle so we didn't slip and fall when we checked out. I appreciate people who go above and beyond .

Best Western Mount Gilead.

Hotel is clean with plenty of parking. Hallways are hot and stuffy. Air conditioner made a loud noise when turning off and on. Front desk said that the noise was ”normal”.
