"I booked a Suite with two queen beds and the sofa pull out. I have a big family and needed the extra bed. I check in and grab the keys with that in mind. Went back downstairs told them it wasn’t the room I reserved and paid for in Expedia. The front desk said you reserved it but it doesn’t mean you get what you reserved and that they booked all rooms available. So what was the point of the reservation? So they gave us a rolling bed. Luckily my kid didn’t complain and we brought our own bed set....

"The "breakfast"was a tray of packaged donuts and so called pastries. At least there was coffee and hot chocolate. It does not qualify listing free breakfast in the listing and nothing like other complementary breakfasts offered at similar kind of establishments."

"Different, fresh breakfast options every day ( we stayed 5 days) clean room, with housekeeping available daily. In a really nice location. Close to everything ( we went to multiple malls and stores all within 10-20 minutes away). You see a lot of dog walkers and geese around the hotel. Staff were very nice and answered all questions. Would definitely stay there again if we were ever in the area again"
