"I want to preface this with, I am writing this solely based upon my stay at the property, not my interaction with Expedia. That said... Guests would be happy to know that despite the regular staff not being present after 5pm, there is a security guard that willingly will check you in and get you to your room. Speaking of the room, and I LOVE this part, there is ZERO internet access nor televisions present. We got metaphorically high off of the beauty of our immediate surroundings, the sounds of...

"Todo muy bien"

"Tico Tico was the ideal place for our two-week stay while we attended Spanish School in Quepos. We stayed in villa #12 which was exactly as shown in the photos. It was spacious, clean, and had a great open, modern aesthetic. And A/C!!! Having the kitchen was fantastic. We used the stove every day to cook eggs for breakfasts, and when we didn't want to eat out for lunch and dinner, we made sandwiches and salads. They even provided a hot water kettle so we could make coffee and tea. The location...

"Excelente estadia! 100% recomendado"

"Great location. Felt safe. Best view ever and staff was accommodating."

O restaurante no lugar tambem e bom!"

"The host Emilio is very helpful and friendly. His wife is lovely and provided us with a nourishing breakfast every morning. The fruit is incredible. I really enjoyed the eggs."

Desayuno continental incluido "

"The host was amazing and kind. "

"It was so much nicer here than i first though it would be. A lot of toilets and showers , fans in the room and lockers. Just a few staircases and you were at the bus stop and the supermarket. The only thing that could have been better is somewhere to wash cloths and someplace at the hostel where you could sunbath "
