"Keri our host was so sweet and accommodating. The house was lovely, it made us feel welcomed. The patio was great to sit out on in the mornings and evenings. We were gone from 11:00 am to 6 or 7 each day but got one mornining in the pool which was very refreshing. Highly recommend this home The Getaway is the perfect name . Thank you Keri for sharing it with us."

"The house was adorable and decorated with a farmhouse look. The pool was amazing, clean, with a large deck and plenty of patio furniture. The property had decorative lights and two optional bunk houses for overflow guests. It was a very nice property and appeared clean/tidy. The cons: 1 dish towel, no potholders, no broom/vacuum, no can opener, no propane in the fire pits (which was resolved after calling the property manager), AC kept the house cool but was in need of repair as it was loud and clangy as if a bearing was going out. There was animal feces on the sidewalk, back patio, and pool deck, which we were indifferent about, just didn't have anything to clean it up, i.e. shovel. It ended up being a cute little fox running about. But my BIGGEST concern was all the spiders inside and out. Multiple Wolf and Hobo spiders, amongst others were found inside the house. We went from room to room on our first day knocking down webs and killing spiders in all the corners of the house. The patio furniture had spider webs that literally connected to all the chairs under the patio tables. The front porch was covered in webs and spider nests and it gave me the creeps just walking to the front door. The property manager sent out a man who had a blower to clean up the property, but that did not help with the spiders. He also sent a can of bug spray at my request. We are not city people and actually have 10 acres ourselves so we get bugs/spiders, but this was ridiculous! "
