"I want to preface this with, I am writing this solely based upon my stay at the property, not my interaction with Expedia. That said... Guests would be happy to know that despite the regular staff not being present after 5pm, there is a security guard that willingly will check you in and get you to your room. Speaking of the room, and I LOVE this part, there is ZERO internet access nor televisions present. We got metaphorically high off of the beauty of our immediate surroundings, the sounds of...

"Todo muy bien"

"Tico Tico was the ideal place for our two-week stay while we attended Spanish School in Quepos. We stayed in villa #12 which was exactly as shown in the photos. It was spacious, clean, and had a great open, modern aesthetic. And A/C!!! Having the kitchen was fantastic. We used the stove every day to cook eggs for breakfasts, and when we didn't want to eat out for lunch and dinner, we made sandwiches and salads. They even provided a hot water kettle so we could make coffee and tea. The location...

"Excelente estadia! 100% recomendado"

"Muy lindo !!!"

"Cute, quirky hotel in a great location for waterfall and whale watching trip. Room was basic but clean and comfortable, ideal for our 2 night stay."

"Great location. Felt safe. Best view ever and staff was accommodating."

"Realmente es un cuarto para solo dormir. El cuarto con vista al mar no fue el que me dieron después que fue solicitado con anticipación."

"Note**** They are a cash business or they take Zelle (I missed that upon booking). This is a very charming, well-maintained, and secure property. We initially stayed in a cabina without air conditioning, but after the first night we upgraded to a room with A/C, which made our stay even more comfortable. The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and excellent with communication throughout our visit. Our room was consistently clean, and the quality of the linens and towels was especially...

"appartamento spazioso e corredato di stoviglie per comodo uso della cucina. Terrazza spaziosa e panoramica per ottimale soggiorno anche all'aperto"

"What a great stay we had at this beautiful, relaxing place! The owners had clearly put a lot of care into providing for guests needs. Well equipped kitchen. Range of seating on the balcony overlooking the fantastic pool and garden."

"Sylvie and her husband are the best hosts in Uvita! Excellent restaurant too."

"Great spot if you’re passing through."

"Unfortunately the hot water runs off Solar. We were there on a rainy day so… no hot water."

"The hotel was sparkeling clean. The AC was working great. Super close to the beach and tons of activities to do."

"O quarto compartilhado era bem espaçoso, mas o colchao poderia ser mais confortavel, é muito fino e afunda com o peso do corpo. Os banheiros e duchas sao bons e sempre limpos. O restaurante no lugar tambem e bom!"

"Solamente la piscina estaba descuidada"
