"Todo muy bien pero la recepcionista muy mal trato , totalmente desagradable"

"The bed was very comfortable. The cable and the wifi just dropped out about an hr after I checked in and was not available to me until the next morning when I was leaving."

"Nice property and amazing staff. Would have given 5/5 but room air/heat vents were very dirty and a terrible smell when in use."

"It was really comfortable"

"Third floor very quite"

"As soon as my wife and I walked in the room we both said the room had a terrible smell. The tub bottom had hair in it and it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The toilet wasn’t clean . Are flight landed in Cleveland close to 1am and it was close to 2am when we checked in, so not staying wasn’t an option, we got up at 8am and got out of there! If I’d known it would have been that dirty , I’d risk driving tired to Erie. Definitely, don’t stay at this property"

"Heater was quiet."

"Room was clean and. Smelled good"
