"I liked the room overall, The bathroom smelled bad, so could have used an air freshener. Also they should provide a hand towel not just body towels. I love that they had an iron, ironing board, hot pot, dishes, refrigerator, stove, all great. Complimentary tea bags and sugar would be a nice touch! The front desk people were nice. "Small but neat and clean hotel, typical of London. Staff is helpful and friendly, location is close enough to get around. Only complain would be the lack of elevator - my room was located on the 3rd floor and had to climb up 5 flights of stairs - not easy with luggage."
