"Having to wait on el"

"Overall, a decent stay, but there is room for improvement. The hotel itself was nice, and I enjoyed the breakfast. There was a good variety of food, with different options rotated throughout the days. Everything was hot, fresh, and well-maintained. However, I did experience several issues with my room that affected my overall stay. Room Concerns & Areas for Improvement: • There was a noticeable amount of mold on the bathroom ceiling and around the bathtub. • Several of the towels provided...

"Very friendly staff. Telsa supercharger across the street. A nice room and good breakfast. But if you sleep on your stomach (like me) the beds are too soft."

"Easy shuttle service to and from the airport."

"Great, friendly and clean"

"This was by far the worst property I've stayed at within Red Roof. The room was missing basic amenities that are expected at most hotels, including a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, iron, and hair dryer. The room had an unpleasant dirty odor from the moment I walked in. The bed sheets had visible stains, and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable because you could feel the springs through it. It was difficult to get a good night's sleep. The overall condition of the property was...

"The breakfast was a nice surprise and was a good variety of food choices. The rooms were very comfortable and clean Check in was great and very friendly and helpful"

"dont lie to customer"

"O local é bem próximo ao aeroporto e tem van própria de transporte/transfer. As instalações são bem antigas mas todas funcionais. O café da manhã estava bom, mas não tinha muitas opções saudáveis e proteínas. Foi uma diária apenas pra seguir viagem."

"I did not like that my ro room did not have a television and I was never offered to change rooms with the television. I was basically told oh they didn’t tell you a check-in. I also did not like the fact that my room was not cleaned today. I was there. They said my room was not on the list for that day. Something else I was not told now I understand that if it’s an extended stay, I know they don’t clean the rooms every day but again I was not told that my room would not be cleaned on the Sunday...

"Haven't stayed in many Hampton inns but this was probably the nicest one I've been in"

"Ok"

"Do not come here"

"Perfect for a short stay"

"Very unclean"

"There was a broken window in the corridor going to the rooms on the second floor, literally a hole in the window letting in cold air. The sink in my room had no hot water. The floor of the room was not very clean. The mattress on the bed was thin, and hard. The bathroom floor wasn't clean. The rooms are noisy, and the ventilation poor. Lighting is worse than usual for a cheap motel. The motel charges a $50 security deposit, that is immediately charged to your credit card, and takes their time...
