"Location was great. The property and entrance is very gloomy looking. The room its self is very very small. The on suite was so small that when you sat on the toilet you would be able to wash your hair in the sink. I know London is expensive, but for the price that you paying here, you would have at least expected a clean place to stay. The furniture and curtains need to be replaced. Maintenance needs to be done. Its generally dirty and not well maintained."

"It is not clear that there are no bathroom in the rooms, we had to go to another hotel, and when we complained, only then we were asked to come back and receive rooms with bathrooms for no extra costs. That was too late."

"Das Zimmer war sauber und die Lage mit 6 Minuten zur Bahn ist duper. Aber ich hatte ein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad gebucht und hatte ein Fenster zum Öffnen. Vor diesem befand sich allerdings (Abstand ca. 30 cm) befand sich eine Wand, aber ich hatte Tageslicht und Klima. Für 30 Grad in London ideal. Allerdings ist es schon doof, dass es keinen Fahrstuhl gubt. Ich hatte mein Zimmer im 2. Stock 🙈 Aber das Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis ist für London unschlagbar 🙌"

"Bed and breakfast, we were shown the kitchen and told us to do our own. Could use bread, margarine, jam, biscuits or 2 type of cereals. All cheapest of the cheap. Dont use anything else as people live here and wash up after yourself! It was filthy. Cupboards all peeling. Bedroom had ceiling lights consisting of a bare lightbulb dangling in one and nothing in the other. Window was painted out. 2 draw unit, which when opened draw front came off in hand. Tea and coffee making facilities were go in...

"It was ok there but there was no tv in room so I would not be going there again I had to keep my self busy and go to Stratford town it not what I wanted to do I want to relax tv time in the room as I was going to see west ham stadium to see take that"
