"We enjoyed the area Accessibility. Breakfast was good. We had an issue when the fire alarm went off because that the staff were not ready or knew what to do or how to direct people to all be outside of the hotel. A good number of people were just standing in the lobby throughout even when the fire trucks arrived"

"Hotel was fairly clean but seems a bit dated on the outside. I booked a 2 bedroom ensuite and found the living area quite large but the washrooms unusually small. "

"Building is old and could use a facelift. Elevator sounds like it could give any time! So I took the stairs. Rooms were tidy, could hear everyone in the hall way. Staff is very friendly and breakfast was average. Good value for money."

"Hotel staff at front desk were very friendly. The only issue we had was a small ring was taken. It was inexpensive but my daughter was sad when it went missing."

"Loved my stay here, this place is close to transit, and has a Tim Hortons nearby too! Also has restaurants close by. The room was large and clean, zero disturbance. The breakfast was fantastic, rarely seen such a good menu elsewhere in Canada. Just a few things that I wanted to mention here: The bathroom door did not open all the way because it was being blocked by the toilet seat. Secondly, someone cleaned my room even though I didn’t leave a sign outside my door. I had left my luggage open...
