"We didn’t stay! As the hotel decided to cancel the evening before the Coldplay concert due to weather! What absolute rubbish. So disappointed and would never consider staying there again. Even paid upfront and booked months in advance. If I had have cancelled within 24 hours I would have been charged! We had to book another hotel which cost us above the odds just so we could attend the concert. A very upsetting and stressful experience. "

"There is a multistorey car park across the road which in July 26 was £9.50 for up to 24 hours. Maybe could have got parking much cheaper by moving the car to the street after 6pm and again at 8:30am back to the multistorey but didn't want to mess about. Breakfast across the road at the Italian was superb! As is their coffee.
