"Outdated. Floors outside not vacuumed. Side door is propped open all the time so anyone can sneak in from there without a card key. Pillows are bricks. Spring beds with that plastic covering you find in a dorm room or prison bed. The fan that circulates the air from the living to bedroom did not work, so I had to sleep in hot heat. Sink's drain plug was half assed fixed with blue tape. Price for what you get sucks, but unfortunately it's the cheapest option around there."

"The room was to be non-smoking, it wasn't. That was the least of the issues. The room didn't smell of smoke but smelled awful- permeated everything from clothes to travel bags. Everything we had with us went into the washer when we got home, regardless of if we wore it. Bathroom was filthy from the walls to the tub to the floor. We did not shower there - tub was disgusting. Hairdryer was broken - when picked up fell into 2 pieces and greasy dirty. Furniture was bad - long deep scratches in...

"We arrived and the staff was polite. I asked for two extra pillows never recieved. The bathroom was still in repairs even though the room was sweept clean. The service that should have come in and taken the old towels, and the garbage atleast never did. They also advertised breakfast, no breakfast."
