"I stayed one (1) night of a 3 night booking. Room lighting was 50% functional, over the bathroom sink was 100% out. Bed was comfortable but the shower pooled water (didn’t fully drain) and the overall condition of the room was sub par. I attempted to get a refund for remaining nights, was promised a refund, never got a refund and still waiting. It was bad enough I paid for another hotel (Best Western, much better) a few exits away. "Room was dirty, bathroom smells like piss, toilet didn’t flush. Elevator was broken. Shower is short so for tall people it sucks, the bed was so uncomfortable my back hurt daily from it. The mold smell was bad from the ac. The coffee maker worked fine. Tv remote was hard to use because you have to point it at the box which is behind the tv almost on the floor. So changing channels was a task. It took maintenance twenty minutes to so called fix the toilet which didn’t really flush."
