"As a frequent traveler to Europe, this is hands down the best value hotel I’ve stayed at. The self-check-in is seamless, and customer service is excellent—they answered my call instantly and sent staff to help right away. It was a pleasant surprise that they even offer Chinese support alongside English and Finnish! The location is extremely convenient, with a shopping mall, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby. "Lovely two night stay over halloween. Check in staff were so friendly. Room was immaculately clean (rm 315). Loved the fantastic lift! Breakfast had a brilliant selection and was very tasty. Great location and wifi and parking were perfect. Overall a really lovely stay and if I head to lapland again will most certainly stay there."
