We booked the family cabin, which was lovely. Great view of the lake, and the village with the cabins was very nice. Breakfast is included, which was great and the food was delicious. I really enjoyed the on-site steakhouse restaurant as well. Very helpful staff, and very friendly.

Lovely setting by the lakeside, although we opted to stay there to take in the Northern Lights we had cloud and rain through the night so rather disappointing. Superb breakfast included in our stay helped make up for it in the lodge like surroundings.

We could not have had a better stay! The cabin and grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. There were plenty of activities that were at the resort, as well as a shuttle that took us to Santa Claus village and town center. My 4 year old had plenty to do even without snow. I would definitely stay there again!

The resort was very unique, clean and cozy. There was a multitude of different experiences and tours to choose from. We loved the igloos, the sauna experience and the fire pits. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. Our only disappointment is that we would have loved to have been provided with robes as we did not bring any pajamas or lounge wear and after a shower we would have loved to cuddle up in a comfy robe!

I thought this was overpriced. Although the staff was friendly and popular I feel that it was a rip off for tourists. The igloos were not that comfortable. The angle of the ceiling was little bit uncomfortable and it was not ergonomic to see aurora. Their activities like Arctic bath sauna was too much of rip off - 199 euros? Wow.. it was too much for the value. I know other non private ones charge of 19 euros…

Very unique resort but the best part was the amazing staff. Everyone we interacted with was amazing. There was a minor issue when we checked in, and all the staff was helpful getting it resolved and checked in several times throughout our stay. One of a kind type rooms on a beautiful lake. We did the private sauna which was the highlight of the whole trip, a true Finnish experience. There are a ton of amenities available as it is a large resort which, did make it feel a bit ‘touristy’ but it comes with lots to do. Main downside for us was just that most of the restaurants were closed as we went in September, not realizing that most of them are only open during the peak winter season. Also, wish we looked more into where each room type is located. We stayed in the Kammi suite which is probably more for families, as just a couple Komsio probably would have been better and they are right on the lake.
