"What a GREAT hotel!! Our room was a suite with 2 tvs so hubby could get up & watch in the other room while I slept a little longer. We were given tickets for 1 free drink from the bar for each evening we were there and the free hot breakfast was very good!! The grounds were kept nicely, there was a fences dog run area, a couple of sitting areas with fires just outside the pool area in the evenings and the man at the front desk was SUPER helpful! I would DEFINITELY stay here again!!"

"Not next to beach, but near shopping centers on east side of freeway. Rooms are clean, comfortable and parking is secure and near rooms. Breakfast includes bacon, scrambled eggs, waffles & etc."

"Rooms are fair, they could use some drawers. The thing we love about this property is the hot tub, it’s nearly a hot pool. When the have the water coming down off the volcanos it’s wonderful. The pool is heated as well and is family friendly. Parking is great, easy on and off the 101, minutes from Downtown Pismo. "
