"I like the please very quiet and chill place"

"The property was closer than I expected to The Dolby Theater where our concert was held. This place would be great for so many different Hollywood spots. The staff was very friendly and attentive."

"Upon checking in, we were charged two separate $100 deposits, totaling $200. The receptionist explained that their system was not showing the initial deposit, which resulted in us being charged a second time. Although the duplicate $100 deposit was eventually refunded, the situation caused considerable inconvenience, unnecessary stress, and a significant loss of time while we waited for the funds to become available again. This was particularly frustrating because we were depending on that...

"The rooms were clean and the location is convention to the 405, the mall and many restaurants. There was plenty of parking. However, the beds and air conditioning units are dated. The beds are older, spring mattresses where they appear more comfortable in the listing. The air conditioning units are also dated. My keys were demagnetized frequently, so I had to make the trek to the office to get them reprogrammed. An annoyance, but not the end of the world."

"Overall everything was good"

"I have stayed here before, and everything was fine. Unfortunately, my most recent trip this week, was not very good. There were no bath towels, the television didn’t work, there was no do not disturb sign, there are no recycle bins, so you have to throw your plastic bottles in the trash and everything else, too. In the past, I didn’t have these problems, although I do know that there’s never more than one person at the front desk, and frequent person isn’t even there. They leave the desks to...

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Inn at UCLA. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast each morning is delicious and expansive with fresh sliced fruit, breads, lox, thin sliced ham, yogurt, juice, coffee and hot tea. There is on-site laundry, which was handy. Parking is very close, but pricey. There is no exercise room, but I enjoyed walking the campus each morning. One chair in my room is in desperate need of being recovered, but everything else was very clean. The rooms are small,...

"Pros: Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, very convenient location. Walking distance to food, shopping, pharmacies, and the Metro Rail along the red line. Super easy to get to Universal Studios and the tourist area of Hollywood Blvd by train. Cons: Kinda run down, and not the best (but also no where near the worst) neighborhood. It didn't bother me. I felt safe, and I would stay again. But wouldn't suggest to people with small children or people not used to living in a metropolitan area with a...

"Parking was difficult as you can only enter and exit onto the busy street. Room was clean and well stocked."

"Nice people, good breakfast, clean room."
