"The staff was great, but the property is a bit tired. The faucet leaked onto the top of the vanity, There was no ice bucket in the room. The shade on the window would not stay down. The water in the shower was warm, not hot. The food service staff was super friendly and kept the breakfast choices clean and fresh."

"This is the best property in the MSP area. I have stayed here many times and it has always been great! I have stayed at other places, only because Prime Rate Inn was full. The other places were not very good. Keep up the great work, Prime Rate Inn!!!"

"No break fast, just coffee and snacks, rooms are bad, service is so bad, front desk lady is so rude, not recommended"

"Room was clean staff wasn’t really helpful exactly for the last set the bar she was nice"

"Staff was very helpful. They don’t come into your room so you have to set the garbage outside your room but don’t get new bags that I seen."

"My stay was good the staff there was nice and cool and friendly the breakfast was okay the room was nice and clean pool area clean workout room clean dining area clean lobby and lounge area clean coffee all day and night was nice outside of the hotel was clean Denny’s right next to it great 😊"

"Property seemed to be in good condition. Only complaint we have is the breakfast was terrible. The pancake machine didn't work, only one working waffle iron, the pop machine was out of order , ice maker was out of order , maybe 6 small slices of bread for toast. Needless to say we didn't get breakfast there."
