"The staff are very kind, got an upgraded room. Rooms are very specious, clean and modern. Beds are very comfy. Location in a quiet area of town but easily drivable. Planty of free parking."

"I noticed that the usual things that are found in a motel/hotel were missing such as: an information brochure about the features of the hotel...where things are located etc. Also I was unable to call the front desk on the phone in my room. In addition I would have welcomed a pen and pad of paper on the desk. I was speaking with a family member about the lack of "niceities" and was advised that because I had booked through Expedia my room was 'bare bones'. The staff were all very pleasant...

"The place was very old. Clean bedding and new mattress cover and towels. The halls reeked from smoke so badly and any room I could walk into when they cleaned was the same. They offered to spray a room deodorizer but we all know that won’t do anything. Tried to find another hotel with rooms under $270 for a night but all were sold out so we stayed til dawn and left. Everything including suitcase was washed when we got home. There are no smoking signs everywhere but obviously they do not enforce...

"Really enjoyed our stay. A simple motel, the rooms are small but everything is clean and tidy. Convient location on Napanee main road, with ample parking spots including for trailers. A small pool for cooling off, and a lawn with tables and few kids swings. Allowed for a nice place for the kids to run around and play. "

"The staff were accommodating, the grounds were quiet and quant. We liked the gardens and the litlle sitting areas. Rooms were clean and very roomy "

"Nice and new property. Rooms were modern. The kitchenettes were great since they had a dishwasher. Just wish that housekeeping was more frequent (ie, daily) and thorough. Included breakfast would’ve been good. "

"The place is really nice. Very close to Sandbanks. Our room had a quite big washroom but the shower was really small and sprayed water outside the shower. "
