"Muy buena ubicación, en si la propiedad es algo antigua pero renovada, la habitación estaba muy limpia, el único detalle es que el aire acondicionado estaba aventando un olor a humedad espantoso y no había manera de cambiarnos a otro porque ya no había más habitaciones disponibles, pero bueno, compramos un aromatizante y así nos la llevamos, de ahí en fuera todo bien, opciones de desayuno para todos y buen servicio por parte del front desk"

"First off front desk person tried to help make things right as did the asst mgr. But… Our first room had mold stained shower and the toilet broke. They moved us to another room. It was ok but the bathroom showers need to all be replaced. The floors were dirty and evidenced by my bare feet every time I took a shower - black tracks on the shower floor mat. The breakfast help did not address the most urgent needs first which was “no coffee.” We waited at least 45 minutes for it. We had coffee...

"We had to go back to the front desk 3 times as our key card didn’t work. She then decided to switch us to another room and it was for handicapped people. The showerhead leaked all over the bathroom. The facet in the bathroom sink would only turn on to a dribble. The neighbours across the hall were quite loud speaking so we had to listen to their conversation till wee hours of the morning. Reported broken items to front desk in the morning. Nothing written down or noted. I would not recommend...

"Very nice experience for us."

"Good place. A little noisy with the highway next door."

"The wind blew the hotel's luggage cart rolled off the front front entry and damage my car and because customer on the front porch. The employees did nothing to take it in or secure it. The manager just argued with me about it and that it was the other customers responsibilty. Hello! I have worked in the hotel and restaurant industry for several. He has no idea about hotel property responsibility and customer services. This operator is terrible."

"Went way beyond my expectations. Upon my arrival, there was a young guy who had no personality, and not helpful at all. There was a lady there name Tasha, she made our whole experience there remarkable. First impressions is always lasting, and with that being said, I would stay here again, just because of the energy she brought to the property. The rooms were very comfy and clean, and being i had a kitchenette, it was very stocked with everything needed. Will frequent this hotel anytime I'm in...

"We were having a yearly get-together of three brothers and wives. We were able to visit with all in the dining area. There were plenty of chairs with a small amount of privacy, but people walked thru and around the area. We didn't feel like it was intruding. We all had separate rooms and the hotel arranged for us to be on the same floor. Rooms were very clean, breakfast selections were good. The staff was extremely helpful and the ladies who cleaned rooms were very considerate of your needs....

"Each cottage was very cute. Our kitchen was stocked with cups, coffee packets, and a coffee pot. Towels were clean and soft and large."
