"Booked room about 3 Weeks ago for a comedy show in the area...the day of the show...go an email from the hotel saying "the elevator" was down...thinking it might be working in time for check-in...get to the hotel just to find out the elevator been down since October 25'..this should've been know well before check-in date...so now it's either go pay 3x as much for a close hotel or walk up 3 flights of steps because no one in the area has rooms available...VERY POOR MANAGEMENT 😡😡😡‼️"

"The location and the outside area felt sketchy. Still thought we would give it a chance. The lobby looked nice. The room looked nice, however, there were ants in the bathroom and the blankets were stained. We decided right away that we just werent going to stay there. I went and checked out after only being there for 15 mins. When i told the guy at the front desk that we weren't going to stay and why, he didn't say anything, just checked us out on the computer and told me have a nice day."
