"This is very basic accommodation near the airport. Pros: Property is clean and the owner is friendly and helpful. He arranged a very early shuttle for me that arrived exactly on time. The walls are thin and you hear everything in the hall and next door. "

"Great location easy walking to Rialto Bridge and St. Marks square. Many restaurants and Pastries nearby. Arrival by train: take the Public Water Bus in front of the train station to the Rialto stop. A very short walk from there with minimal bridges with stairs to climb with luggage. Private Taxi boats are very expensive. "

I got a sick belly and my young men wanted to go out for the evening. I had to get up late to go open the door for them because reception leaves at 10:30. I could not send the card with them because power to room shuts off without it. Very inconvenient. "

"We did get hit with a charge for our service dog when checking in. It seemed like it was a problem? The housekeeping staff loved our dog and were very nice. It's a rustic building for sure, but was nice."
