"I booked this hotel purely for the location. Close to Kings Cross station, it is ideal for a one night stay. When I checked in I used the self serve screens, although the staff were there to help. They were very friendly and helpful. The room was small but practical. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was perfectly adequate with enough space and a good temperature. "Hotel staff and atmosphere where excellent. Bathroom had some mould and someone wheeled a metal framed bed up the corridor at 5am which rattled noisily and woke me up."

"Soft spots in the floors, the carpet on the stairs was covered in stains, my bathroom sink clogged and wouldn’t drain, very thin walls not good for privacy, my bed felt uneven like there were missing springs, and overall a noisy area"

"We got the queen bed no window room which had an ac but leaked water so we had to use one of our bath towel to let the water drip on. The room was wayyy smaller than imagined. There was this green light which doesn’t turn off all night! However, the are is very good quiet and close to a lot of things."
